As JNW Group continued to grow, it became harder for them to keep track of everything in the firm. “What drove me crazy was that it seemed like we didn’t know where certain things were. “Now, when a client calls asking for something, it gets recorded, and if you don’t get it done that day, you can put it on the calendar due for tomorrow for everyone to see. So if the client calls asking for an update, we can quickly know who is working on it and when it will be done,” said Jim.
Nancy added, “We can also do this in seconds versus saying let me look into it and call you back. The service to the client is what has always set us apart from other firms, and this helps us keep doing that.”

“This has been an organizational transformation for us. It has taken an unorganized process and organized it,” said Jim.
