• Select the template you’d like to use.
• Click on the Get Template tab.

• Choose whether to include the roles and tags.
• Click Add Template.

• Again, every template is fully customizable. Review the steps to add or remove tasks that wouldn’t apply to your firm.

For Best Results;

Log into your Financial Cents account when browsing the templates so you can add templates to your templates in Financial Cents directly.

Without a Financial Cents account, you can view the templates but won’t be able to use them. We recommend you start a Financial Cents free trial to use all templates in the library for free.

How to Contribute to the Template Library

To share a template in the library;

• Open your templates in Financial Cents.
• Select the template you want to share with the community.
• Click Share Template.

• Select all the template information you want to add to the template (such as tasks, subtasks, client tasks, automation, email templates, resources, etc).

• Select Yes (in the “Would you like to share it in the Templates Library?” section).
• Give it a name

• Select the type of work.
• Add the relevant client industry.
• Select the country.
• Add a few words to describe the template.
• Click Next.
• Financial Cents will review and verify it to ensure it’s from an actual accountant and doesn’t contain confidential information.

Once approved, it will be shared with other accounting and bookkeeping in the templates library.
