Tosin Thomas is Head of Marketing at Financial Cents. She specializes in scaling growth, building brands, and leading high-performing teams in fast-growing SaaS companies. At Financial Cents, Tosin leads a lean, globally distributed marketing team and sets the strategy behind the company’s content, community, and virtual events. Her focus is turning brand awareness into measurable pipeline. She also launched the Practice Management Hub and Accounting Workflow Academy, which bring in organic leads with no ad spend. Tosin’s path to marketing started unconventionally. She studied biochemistry, applied for a lab role, and got redirected into marketing because of her blog. That scientist’s mindset of testing, iterating, and optimizing still shapes how she builds marketing systems. She also founded a 12-week global mentorship program that helps immigrant and Africa-based marketers land remote roles worldwide. Outside work, she travels as much as she can and makes a serious pot of jollof rice.
