I use FC and love it. Integrates with QBO and keeps emails under each client's dashboard. Easy for clients to securely upload docs and also has a vault per client for passwords. And lots of workflow templates. They just came out with billing directly thru FC.

Wow!! I don’t know if this is because of FC (or maybe end of year panic, or a bit of both?!), but I set all my clients up on recurring monthly projects with auto requests for documents last month, and i have never had sooo many responses and uploads from clients as i have had in the last 2 days!! My inbox is full and it sure feels like I have an entire month of work waiting for me!

I can't like this statement enough: "@_FinancialCents manages upgrades well, has not been buggy and hosts a regular session on what’s new. 👍"
Many of the other tools are poor at managing updates and bugs. Some use subcontracted developers, providing real client data samples. Others have suffered breaches without proper notifications.
Of the pre-built systems out there, I do think Financial Cents has a solid offering.

I’m 4 days into my Financial Cents trial and really liking it. Very easy to set up, user friendly and does what I need it to do. Really like the effective hourly rate too. I asked a question in their app chat, and had a response within 30 minutes. I’m sold!

One of the best features of Financial Cents is the ability to give clients a to-do item and have the system automatically follow up until they get it done. I’m even using it for something as simple as “save finalized tax return for your records.” So many times clients have asked me, “where can I find last year’s tax return.”
If you’re not using this feature, I highly recommend it! Remembering to follow up with clients can be a serious bottleneck and I love how this solved that problem!

My office has used FC for about 18 months now and we love it. It integrates with QBO which is a godsend when migrating clients over. We use the automated reminders for collecting docs all the time too!
